Requirements:

We don’t have a stereo typical employee profile. In fact, we try to hire people according to their strengths so that they can utilize the things that they do best. Some must haves would be:

Working with your hands
Working in different job sites
Ability to lift 25lbs
A love of seeing your labors create happiness with our customers

Additional Requirements:

We’re not looking for a person who jumps from job to job, we’re looking for that employee who treats each job as a way to learn and grow. We expect our employees to become proficient and productive in their responsibilities so that they can be trusted to work independently. We expect our employees to take on additional responsibilities so that when they’re promoted they’re ready.

Experience in the following areas is a plus:

Wood floor re/finishing, sanding and installation
Kitchen cabinet refacing, spraying and installation
